Paul left the software industry in 2005 to pursue his passion for wine. From leading teams of web developers, to running a successful wine shop, attention to detail is always paramount. Paul leads the direction of the store, and makes sure that the team stays focused on finding the best values at all price points.

Christopher Miller
Advanced Sommelier (Court of Master Sommeliers)

Chris' love for food and wine is a twenty-something year affiar that has taken many twists and turns along the way. From studing at the Culinary Institute of America in the early 80s, to honing his skills in fine restaurants throughout Europe, and owning a successful restaurant in the hudson valley, then going on to become the sommelier at NYC's famed twenty one club. He now owns a successful restaurant consultantcy business in the hamptons, and is the wine columist for Long Island Pulse, Dan's Papers and Hamptons Magazine.

Favorite wine region: Cotes du Nuits (burgundy)

Thomas Gilberti
Certified Sommelier (Sommelier Socieity of America)

Tom's discovery of wine started the day he took the job at Hamptons Wine Shoppe. It was a Chenin Blanc from South Africa that sucked him in, and he hasn't been the same since. Today, Tom manages the day-to-day operations of the store, and is always ready to rap about wine. He certainly has developed a core group of devotees that seek out his recommendations. Tom also works the floor on Friday and Saturday nights at the Stone Creek Inn in East Quogue.

Jack Stevenson

A veteran of the banking industry, Jack is a staunch advocate of American wines. Zinfandel tops the list of his favorite varietals, but Petite Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon are not far behind. As a collector of fine wine for over twenty years, he has watched the American wine industry grow up. And yes, he has even dabbled in wines of the French persuasion from time to time. I'm still tasting the 95 Lafite we opened in his cellar a few weeks ago.

Favorite wine region: Napa Valley, USA
